Online Scout Logbook

Fellow Scouts,
Thank you for reading my blog also known as my cub scout logbook. I started my scouting journey during the times of the pandemic of COVID19. I was hoping for CCA to be offered in my school much earlier but to my dismay, CCA was suspended in 2020 when I can finally join a CCA. With bated breath, I patiently waited to join the cub scouts activities at my school when the COVID19 restrictions ease. Sad though, cases were on the rise as such CCA is still very restricted meaning no in-person camps, campfires or overnight camps. :(
Due to these COVID19 restrictions, I have decided to journal my logbook entries online as a blog instead of physical log book for the ease of sharing with my Akela and fellow cubs during this pandemic.
The pandemic restricted a lot of group activities, as such I try to be an independent scout and use technology we have today to attempt my WSB, Bronze, Silver and Gold progress badges with lots of self motivation and drive. I hope scouts around the world continue with the scouting spirit during this pandemic. Scouting skills can be applied at home and with family and friends too. For example, we did family camping, hiking and a glamping experience with fellow community scouts as well.
