A Six: A group of six Cub Scouts (Usually your Six is the colour of your woggle. I am in the Green Six)
Akela : The leader of the pack
Pack : The scout group
Sixes are led by a 'Sixer' and an assistant Sixer. The Sixer wears two stripes on their uniform and the assistant Sixer wears one stripe. I aspire to be a Sixer. I would like to aim for the Akela award. In order to get the Akela award I need to be at least an assistant sixer for six months. I am worried because of Covid19 I am able to join my pack only in P4. This may reduce the chance of me being an assistant Sixer. I promise to do my best when we start in 2020.
Before you can wear the scout uniform, you must remember the Scouts promise and Scouts law. I have actually recite this in P2 and my uncle have given me the World Scout Badge virtually on facebook. If I can find the video I will post it here. I hope I can wear my scout uniform soon and I cannot wait to join the activities.
